Working in a service that includes songs with words of disbelief (kufr) or polytheism (shirk) does not lead one out of the fold of Islam unless one approves of such words. However, it does involve the sin of cooperating in sin and aggression. As for the client's use of a Quranic surah as background audio, this is not considered a disrespect to the Quran, although it is more appropriate not to use Quranic verses in such a context.
