Does an infant benefit from being spoken to about religious matters, or from hearing the Quran and Hadith?

The awareness and perception of children during infancy vary, and many of them follow their parents' movements and speech, distinguishing between those who caress them and those who harm them. Therefore, it is important to focus on upbringing through example and to fortify the child with the authentically transmitted incantations (ta'awidh). As for detailing matters of religion, most children at this stage do not comprehend it. However, accustoming them to actions they are capable of, such as eating with the right hand, saying "Bismillah" (in the name of Allah), sleeping on their right side, and avoiding injustice, has a positive impact on their future lives. Similarly, letting them listen to the voices of skilled reciters (of the Quran) brings comfort to the child's soul, while exposing them to immoral films has a negative effect.
