Is it permissible to supplicate for the strengthening of sexual potency, the lengthening of the penis, and the delay of ejaculation? Is it permissible to anoint the penis with olive oil over which (Qur'an) has been recited, or to use garlic and black seed to increase sexual potency?

Supplication (Du'a) is an act of worship. Allah Almighty has commanded it and promised to answer it. It is permissible as long as it does not involve sin or severance of kinship ties. A Muslim may supplicate to Allah for any permissible need, such as seeking offspring or requesting healing from physical and sexual illnesses. This is what the righteous predecessors consistently practiced. It is permissible to use material treatments such as oil and Ruqyah (Islamic exorcism), while warning against dealing with soothsayers and charlatans.
