What is the ruling on a mother swearing to be absolved of the religion of Muhammad and of her daughter if her daughter gives a gift to someone she dislikes, knowing that the daughter gave this gift to achieve equality?

Whoever says, "He is a Jew or a Christian, or innocent of the religion of Islam if such and such happens," then according to the majority of scholars, this is not an oath and does not require an expiation for an oath from the one who said it. However, he must offer sincere repentance, seek forgiveness, and increase in good deeds, because he has uttered a grave statement in the sight of Allah. Some scholars have explicitly stated that this statement is an apostasy from the religion of Islam, and the one who says it is judged to be an apostate, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever swears by a religion other than Islam, falsely and intentionally, then he is as he said."
