What is the ruling on the Qunūt in calamities (nawāzil)? Should it be performed individually or collectively?

Supplication is prescribed in Qunut al-Nawazil (Qunut of Calamities), and there is no difference in this regard between an individual and a congregation. It is desirable to vocalize it absolutely for both the Imam and the individual, due to the urgent need to lift the affliction.
