Is there a narrated supplication to be recited when performing ghusl?

There is no specific supplication for ghusl (ritual bath) mentioned in the Sunnah. However, the majority of jurists recommended reciting "Bismillah" (in the name of Allah) at its beginning, similar to wudu (ablution), even though there is no specific evidence for it concerning ghusl. The preponderant opinion is that it is recommended to say "Bismillah" for both wudu and ghusl.
