How can one make up the Shafa and Witr prayers when the time for the Fajr prayer begins?

Whoever wakes up at dawn and has not prayed Witr, should pray it before the Fajr prayer, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever oversleeps or forgets Witr, let him pray it when he wakes up or remembers." However, if one fears missing the time for the Fajr prayer, then he should start with it, and make up the Witr after sunrise. This is the view of the Shafi'i school.
