How can one make up the Witr prayer along with the two Rak'ahs of Fajr in different times of the day, such as after the Adhan for Fajr, or after the Fajr prayer, or at sunrise, or at Zawwal (midday)?

The worshiper should prioritize the obligatory prayer if the Iqamah (definition) is called and they have not yet prayed the Shafa and Witr or the Sunnah (definition) of Fajr. The missed Witr prayer can be made up at any hour of the day or night, without needing to be prayed in order with the missed Sunnah of Fajr. According to the Shafi'is, the Sunnah of Fajr can be made up at any time. According to the Malikis, it can be made up after the sun has risen to the height of a spear until zawal (midday). The Hanafis have different opinions regarding its make-up.
