Is it permissible to make up the Shaf‘ and Witr prayers after the dawn (Fajr) athan for someone who missed waking up to perform them before Fajr?

It is for one who is accustomed to performing the night prayer and witr to make them up at any time, based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever sleeps through his witr, or forgets it, let him pray it when he remembers it." It is legislated to make it up before the Fajr prayer, and this is preferable. One should make up the shaf' (even) prayer along with the witr, based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever sleeps through a prayer or forgets it, let him pray it when he remembers it, for that is its time."
