Is it true that whoever wakes up at the time of Fajr prayer and then goes back to sleep becomes an apostate disbeliever? What is the correct view on this issue according to Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah? And does one disbelieve if he misses the Asr prayer until its time has expired?

1. If you woke up for Fajr prayer, but then your soul overcame you and you slept with the intention of waking up before the time expired, and you did not wake up until after it, then pray immediately and be resolute in the future.

2. However, if you were determined not to perform the prayer until after its time had expired, or if you were hesitant, then this action, according to some scholars, constitutes disbelief (kufr) on the part of its perpetrator. Therefore, you must repent and make up the missed prayers if you know their number.
