The answer

The aforementioned supplication has not been reported in the books of Sunnah. Although some of its words are established dhikr (remembrances), their arrangement in this specific manner requires evidence, and the reported supplications are sufficient. There are prophetic supplications that protect against the devils among humans and jinn, including: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, which no righteous or wicked person can transgress, from the evil of what He has created, originated, and made..." And when startled during sleep: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His wrath and punishment, from the evil of His servants, and from the whisperings of the devils, and from their presence."
