Is it permissible to offer perfume to female visitors, knowing that it is not permissible for a woman to go out perfumed?

It is permissible for a woman to wear perfume if she does not mix with non-mahram men after leaving her house, such as returning to her home by car or if her home is nearby. However, if she will go out and mix with non-mahram men, it is not permissible for her to wear perfume, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade that due to the temptation it causes.
