What are the verses or noble hadiths that clarify Islam's stance on noise and pollution?

Noise means the mixed voices and commotion of people, and it is reprehensible in Islamic law if it involves raising one's voice unnecessarily, as Allah the Almighty said: ﴿And lower your voice; indeed, the most disagreeable of voices is the voice of donkeys.﴾ As for pollution, Islam encouraged preserving the environment and prohibited its corruption long before modern civilization called for it.
