Will the husband be sinful if he divorces his wife after five months of marriage due to incompatibility, frequent problems, and the wife being afflicted by jinn possession, especially given that the husband is an expatriate and only stayed with her for one and a half months, and that she loves him while he does not accept her?

Divorce is disfavored unless there is a need for it, and it may be Haram (forbidden) or permissible. Divorcing the wife in this case is permissible, especially with the lack of compatibility. However, it is advisable to be patient and not to rush, given that the marriage is recent (five months), and the husband stayed with her for a short period (one and a half months), which may cause her psychological distress, in addition to her intense love for her husband. Therefore, it is recommended to try to treat her with legal Ruqyah, and to refer her to psychiatrists if needed, along with supplicating for her recovery.
