Is it permissible to inform the father of a fraudulent woman that the money she has not repaid to his daughter is money belonging to orphans?
Orphanhood ends with puberty, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no orphanhood after ejaculation." Jurists define an orphan as someone whose father died while he was below the age of puberty. When a child reaches puberty, the description of orphanhood is removed from him. Even if the signs of puberty do not appear on him, his age is considered, as the majority of scholars hold that it is fifteen years. Therefore, it is not correct to describe wealth as orphans' money if its owner has reached puberty, and consequently, the punishment for consuming an orphan's money does not apply to it. However, consuming this money unjustly is considered aggression and injustice, and its perpetrator deserves the punishment for consuming another's wealth unlawfully.
