Does a divorce occur if the wife leaves or if someone enters the apartment without the husband's permission, even though the husband intended to pronounce the divorce to deter his wife, given that the wife forgot the oath on one of the two occasions? And what are the conditions for reconciliation?

The wife's leaving the house due to interpretation or forgetfulness does not, according to the stronger opinion, constitute divorce. This is the view of some verified scholars, such as Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, contrary to the majority who hold that it does constitute divorce. If a divorce occurs and it is not yet the third divorce, the husband may reconcile with his wife before the expiry of her iddah (waiting period), either verbally or through intercourse. It is advisable to avoid swearing by divorce.
