Is the distribution of the inheritance, giving the wife one-fourth, the niece one-half, and the remaining one-fourth as ta'sib to the sons and daughters of the paternal uncles’ sons (with the male receiving the share of two females), Islamically correct, or is there another distribution, especially with some people saying that women other than the wife do not inherit?

If a man dies leaving a wife, a brother's daughter, paternal great-nephews, and paternal great-nieces, the inheritance is divided as follows: The wife receives one-fourth due to the absence of a direct descendant. The remainder goes to the paternal great-nephews, distributed equally among them, as they are Asabah (agnatic heirs). The brother's daughter and the paternal great-nieces inherit nothing, as they are from Dhawi al-Arham (relatives by blood but not agnates), who only inherit when there are no Ashab al-Furood (sharers) or Asabat (agnatic heirs).
