Is it predestined for a suicide victim who knows that their act is forbidden to die in this manner?

Everything that happens in the universe is by Allah's decree and destiny. If Allah takes away what He has bestowed, He removes what He has enjoined. The sane person who commits suicide has committed a grave crime and will be held accountable for it, because it is an act of his own will, even if Allah had prior knowledge of it.
