Is it permissible to remove hair that grows on the neck, in an annoying and rapid manner, with a laser to kill its roots, or with wax followed by the use of creams to gradually reduce its growth? And is this considered a change in Allah’s creation?

There is no command or prohibition regarding the shaving of neck hair. The fundamental principle concerning it is permissibility, especially if its presence causes hardship or disfigurement. It is permissible to remove it by any lawful means that cause no harm, such as laser or waxing, provided that there is no known harm in doing so, which can be ascertained by consulting a trustworthy physician. This is not considered altering Allah's creation.
