Is the profession of a swimming instructor permissible (halal) or forbidden (haram), and is the financial compensation derived from it permissible (halal) or forbidden (haram)?

Swimming is an important sport, and the trainer is rewarded for it if he intends to benefit Muslims. The work of a swimming trainer involves two prohibitions: the first is seeing awrat (private parts), and a man's awrah is what is between the navel and the knee, which must be covered. The second is training girls, which is forbidden due to the fitnah (temptation) involved, even if they wear modest clothing. How much more so if it involves uncovering hair or parts of the body? There is no objection to training young, undiscriminating children (under seven years old) as long as there is no fear of fitnah. As for discriminating girls (seven years old and above), it is not permissible to train them due to the touching and mingling it entails, and because swimwear describes the body. It is advised to look for another job that is free from doubt.
