Is it permissible for a man to marry his wife's sister's daughter while he is still married to her aunt, in light of verses 23-24 of Surah An-Nisa?

It is not permissible for a man to combine in marriage two sisters, nor a woman and her paternal aunt or maternal aunt. This is based on the Almighty's saying: (And that you take [in marriage] two sisters simultaneously, except for what has already occurred) and due to the Prophet's prohibition, peace and blessings be upon him, against combining a woman with her paternal aunt or maternal aunt. This is because such a combination leads to disunity among relatives.
