What is the ruling on droplets that touch the garment after sprinkling water on the Madhy (pre-seminal fluid)?

According to many scholars, it is sufficient to sprinkle water on a garment affected by to purify it, because it is an impurity difficult to guard against. Any trace of that sprinkling that reaches the body or garment is pure and does not require washing.
