What is the Shari'ah ruling on a wife going to beauty salons for a full body "scrub" (sanfara), where a large part of her body is exposed, given that the wife is aware of the Shari'ah rulings and the husband objects to it, and what are your directives to the wife, and what should the husband do according to the Shari'ah, especially since the wife was a Christian?

A wife who has studied Islamic law must adhere more strictly. It is not permissible for a woman to expose her 'awrah (from the navel to the knee) in front of Muslim women, nor in front of non-Muslim women, just as her 'awrah is exposed in front of non-mahram men. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Any woman who takes off her clothes in other than her husband's house has torn the veil between her and Allah, the Mighty and Majestic." Also, exposing the stomach and thigh in salons is a great evil. In addition, the wife disobeyed her husband by going without his permission, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is not lawful for a woman to fast while her husband is present except with his permission, nor to allow anyone into his house except with his permission." And the wife must obey her husband because he is "her paradise and her hell."
