What is the ruling on doubting one's ritual purity (tahara) and the emission of discharges whose purity cannot be determined, which leads to delaying or making up prayers?

Doubt has no effect on purity once it has been established, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "He should not leave (the prayer) until he hears a sound or perceives an odor." The questioner should ignore doubts and perform the prayer at the beginning of its time, not delaying it, because it is not permissible to delay the prayer beyond its prescribed time.

As for what he finds in his underwear: - If it is maniy (semen): It is pure, but if it exits with desire and gushing, a ghusl (ritual bath) is required. If it does not exit with desire, ghusl is not required, but it nullifies wudu (ablution). - If it is urine, madhiy (prostatic fluid), or anything else: The clothes and any part of the body it touched must be washed, and the penis must be washed if it is madhiy.
