Is it permissible to destroy the eggs of birds that nest in balconies and house windows due to the dirt and insects resulting from them?

It is permissible to destroy harmful eggs. If the soul has not yet been breathed into them, then destroying them is less severe than destroying an animal. If it is possible to place the eggs near the house so that birds can benefit from them, then do so. Otherwise, they should not be destroyed.
