Is Zakat obligatory on gold jewelry for girls if it weighs approximately 40 grams for each one?

Zakat is obligatory on jewelry prepared for personal use if it reaches the nisab (minimum threshold) and a hawl (one lunar year) passes over it. The consideration for the obligation of zakat on the jewelry of young daughters is based on ownership. If the jewelry is still owned by the father, then he must pay its zakat. However, if the father has given the jewelry to each of his daughters as their personal property, then there is no zakat on this jewelry, because each of the daughters does not own the nisab.
