How can the Quranic verse, "Every day He is in a [different] manifestation," be reconciled with the Hadith, "Your Lord has finished with the servants; a group in Paradise and a group in the Blaze"?

There is no contradiction between the verse and the hadith. His saying, the Almighty: "Every day He is in a [different] affair," indicates that nothing distracts Allah from anything; He manages and fulfills the affairs of His creation. He ordained them in eternity and carries them out at their appointed times. As for the meaning of His saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Your Lord has finished with the servants," it does not mean that He was preoccupied with them. Rather, every action has a beginning and an end, and its end is its completion, which indicates the conclusion of the reckoning and the judgment among them, and Allah is the swiftest of reckoners. Al-Bukhari interpreted "We will devote Ourselves to you" as "We will reckon with you," which is an Arabic expression meaning to devote oneself to something without having been preoccupied before that.
