What is the interpretation of the verse: {Every day He is in a [different] manifestation} in Surat Ar-Rahman? And how do we respond to those who say that Allah has ordained all destinies and finished, and is it permissible to say that the meaning of the verse includes concealing faults, healing the sick, giving to those who ask, elevating some peoples, and abasing others?

The interpretation of the noble verse "Every day He is in [another] manifestation" means that Allah Almighty gives life and causes death, provides sustenance, grants honor and humiliation, heals, relieves the distressed, answers prayers, and forgives sins, among countless other actions of His. There is no contradiction between this and Allah's decreeing of destinies, for Allah Almighty decreed the measures of all things before their creation, and every day He writes down what He has decreed and brings it into existence. This is because the levels of belief in divine decree are four: knowledge, writing, will, and creation.
