What is the meaning of the noble Hadith: "One difficulty will not overcome two easinesses," and what are these two easinesses?

The report "One difficulty will not overcome two ease" has been narrated through various chains of transmission, both mawquf (وقف على الصحابي) and marfu' (مرفوع إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم). These include the mursal (مرسل) narration of Al-Hasan Al-Basri, and the mawsool (موصول) narration of Jabir with a weak chain. It has also been reported from Ibn Abbas and Ibn Mas'ud, both mawquf and marfu', and from Omar, mawquf, with the latter being the soundest of its narrations. The interpretation of "two ease" (يسرين) is that the repetition of "difficulty" with the definite article in the verse refers to the same difficulty. However, the repetition of "ease" as indefinite nouns means two different ease, implying that with one difficulty comes another ease. It was also said that the first ease refers to knowledge and the means (to overcome), while the second ease refers to divine aid.
