What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a wife returning to her husband after a final, irrevocable divorce has occurred four or five times, if the last divorce did not take place in anger, knowing that the wife is psychologically ill and insistent on returning, and the husband does not fear God?

Children are not permitted to prevent their mother from returning to her husband or marrying another man through a valid, Shariah-compliant marriage. However, it is not permissible to conceal a marriage for the sake of receiving a stipend designated for unmarried women.

If the mother wishes to return to her former husband through a valid, Shariah-compliant marriage, it is not permissible to prevent her. However, if she wishes to return to him without marriage, or if the children are certain that he divorced her three times and she has not married another man, then it is not permissible to enable her to do so. In such a case, they must refer the matter to the court to separate them if she marries him under these circumstances.

Children must honor their parents, regardless of their circumstances, and it is not permissible to disown them or treat them poorly.
