Does ghusl for menstruation suffice for ghusl for janabah if the intention for it was forgotten, and does Umrah necessitate redoing it or offering a fidyah in this case?

If menstruation and janabah (ritual impurity requiring a full bath) coincide, and the woman becomes pure, then one ghusl (ritual bath) is sufficient for her if she intends both together, according to the majority of scholars. Similarly, if she intends one without the other, according to one of two opinions. Others hold that it is not sufficient. However, what you did by performing a ghusl is sufficient for both menstruation and janabah, based on one of the opinions.
