Must one repeat the ghusl and make up the prayers if the intention for ghusl from a wet dream was forgotten when performing ghusl from menstruation with a single ghusl?

Scholars have differed on whether a menstruating woman who is in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah) can perform ghusl for menstruation only, and have that ghusl suffice for both menstruation and janabah. The majority of scholars hold that it does suffice, and this is the madhhab of the Hanbalis. They based their view on the argument that the ghusl is valid if one intends thereby to fulfill an obligation, just as if one intended thereby to make prayer permissible. Furthermore, the fundamental principle is that a single purification removes both ritual impurities.
