Is it permissible to recite poetry that includes pure words of love between a man and a woman, if it is free of music and Sharia-prohibited elements, knowing that it is permissible to write and read it?

There is no harm in reciting romantic poetry (ghazal) provided it is free from obscenity and excessive use, and it is not about a specific woman. As for producing tapes with such recitations, it is permissible if the recitation is free from musical instruments, and there is no coquetry or effeminacy in it, nor is it in a woman's voice. If foreign men listen to it, it must be free from these prohibitions.
