Does God grant knowledge and conclusive evidence to disobedient people who sincerely desire to defend Islam, achieve victory for God, His Messenger, and His Book, and guide humanity?

Allah may support this religion through a wicked man, but there is a difference between supporting the religion, which can even be achieved by sinners, and religious leadership (Imamah in religion), which is attained by the most complete of believers, those who combine patience and certainty. Religious leadership (Imamah in religion) is not attained by the unjust, because it requires faith, righteous deeds, and good morals.
