Is the mother who aborted her sick fetus after the ensoulment forgiven for fear of his severe illness? And do her sadness and crying affect her reckoning on the Day of Judgment? And is it permissible for her to visit his grave and speak with him?

"The one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin." As long as you have repented and regretted what you did, it is hoped, by Allah's grace, that He will overlook your sin and unite you with your child in His Paradise.

Have a good opinion of Allah, and frequently seek forgiveness and perform good deeds; for indeed, good deeds erase bad deeds.

Despite your sin in causing the death of the fetus, you are not obligated to pay blood money (diyah) or expiation (kaffarah), because blood money is binding on the direct perpetrator, which is the doctor.

The fasting and feeding you performed are good deeds whose reward remains for you.

You will not be held accountable for your sadness and crying, and you must strive to overcome this discouraging state.

Visiting his grave is not disliked. You may visit him to offer greetings, take admonition, and reflect. However, it is not legislated for you to address him.
