Is there a way for a married woman who has committed adultery to repent without the Hadd (punishment) being carried out? Can she use her money and get married? And would her children be considered legitimate in the event of marriage and procreation?

Adultery is one of the gravest major sins, but Allah accepts repentance and transforms evil deeds into good ones. Repentance involves abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it, while concealing one's past. The implementation of the hudud punishment is not a condition for the validity of repentance. The repentant woman's wealth is lawful if she acquired it through permissible means. However, if it was earned from the wages of adultery, she must dispose of it by spending it on the interests of Muslims, unless she is poor, in which case she may take what she needs. If the adulteress repents and clears her womb, she is permitted to marry, and her children from a valid marriage are legitimate.
