Is the Hadith: "O women of the believers, if one of you commits a sin, she should not tell people about it, but rather seek Allah's forgiveness and repent to Him, for people shame and do not change, while Allah changes and does not shame," authentic?

Ishaq ibn Rahawayh and Al-Khara'iti narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: "O women of the believers, if one of you commits a sin, do not inform people of it, but rather seek forgiveness from Allah the Almighty and repent to Him. For indeed, people will shame [you] and not change [your situation], while Allah the Almighty changes [your situation] and does not shame [you]." Some researchers have deemed this narration weak due to the presence of an unknown narrator.
