What is the ruling on a woman cleaning disabled men, including their private parts, knowing that she is a mother of a child and her husband is unemployed?

If you are assigned to clean male patients due to the absence of other males or male mahrams of the patient, then there is no objection, provided you avoid looking at or touching the awrah as much as possible. However, if you are not assigned to do so and others are available, then this work is not permissible for you, and you must seek other employment.
