Is it permissible to build a bathroom and a toilet in a shared manner?

It is permissible to construct the bathroom (place of bathing) and the toilet (place for relieving oneself) in a shared space if each is in a separate section. However, if they are in one single place, the scholars have disliked a person urinating in his bathing area, unless the place is tiled such that water removes the impurity, and bathing thereafter is permissible. It is preferable to separate them during construction to avoid waswasa (whispers/obsessive thoughts).
