"The ruling on whether a triple divorce has occurred or not requires knowing the husband's intention behind sending the divorce through various means, as he might intend to inform, initiate, or confirm, and each possibility has its own ruling. Therefore, it is advisable to present the matter to trustworthy scholars. It should be noted that the occurrence of divorce during the waiting period (iddah) or menstruation is a matter of scholarly disagreement, but the fatwa adopted by us is that it occurs in both cases."
