Is there a supplication or a remembrance for getting out of a place that is unbearable to live in?

There is no specific supplication for this purpose. However, one can supplicate with the prayer of the oppressed in Mecca: "Our Lord, remove us from this city of oppressive people, and appoint for us from Yourself a protector, and appoint for us from Yourself a helper" (Quran 4:75), or something similar. It is preferable to supplicate with comprehensive prayers for the good of this world and the Hereafter, and to ask Allah to facilitate goodness wherever it may be.
