Is it necessary to search the phone of one of the colleagues to ascertain whether one of them read an incorrect fatwa then left the group before the apology was published?

"Go easy on yourself. You have apologized for the incorrect fatwa, and you are not required to search and investigate who left the group. The default is that no one has left, and it is sufficient for you to maintain this presumption until proven otherwise.
