What is the ruling on someone who forgot their ablution, then touched the Mus'haf and read from it, and must they repeat what they read?

There is no blame on someone who touches the Mushaf (Qur'an) forgetfully while not in a state of ritual purity, due to the saying of theul of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah their mistakes, their forgetfulness, and what they are coerced into." There is no need to re-read what was recited in this situation.
