It is permissible to work in providing internet services unless it is highly probable or known that the client will use it for impermissible purposes, in which case the earned wage is lawful. There is no difference between providing this service to Muslims and non-Muslims, except that it is not permissible to provide it to churches and cultural centers, as it is apparent that they use it to propagate their distorted religion.
