A Muslim's treatment of a non-Muslim, if the latter is not hostile, is based on justice and righteousness, as Allah the Almighty says: "Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly." If the price is fixed, it is not permissible to lie to the caller, whether Muslim or non-Muslim. If it is not fixed and you wish to sell to him at a certain price that differs from your sale to others, there is no objection, as long as there is no deception or fraud.
