What is the ruling on ridiculing Allah, His messengers, and the prophets? What is the ruling on insulting Allah before puberty? Is it obligatory to perform ghusl and utter the two testimonies of faith after repenting from these actions? What is incumbent upon someone who has uttered words of disbelief, insult, and minor shirk?

You must offer sincere repentance for reviling and mocking Allah, His messengers, and His signs. You should promptly perform ghusl (ritual purification) from janabah (major ritual impurity) and be diligent in observing your prayers. If you repent with sincere repentance, it will erase the sins that preceded it, and you will become as if you had never sinned. Among the conditions for repenting from disbelief is to utter the two declarations of faith (Shahadatayn). Ghusl is obligatory if you committed an act that necessitates it during the period of apostasy. Beware of associating with evil people, and instead, associate with good people. Strive in seeking forgiveness (Istighfar), making supplications (Du'a), and performing supererogatory acts of worship (Nawafil).
