What is the ruling on a man who curses religion when he is angry, then regrets it, performs ablution, prays, and seeks forgiveness?

If a man curses the religion while angry to the point of losing his mind, then there is no sin upon him. However, if his anger is normal and he is aware of what he is saying, then cursing the religion in this state is disbelief (kufr) and apostasy (riddah). If he repents and his repentance is sincere, Allah will accept his repentance. However, repeating this act indicates his disdain for the religion, so he must be advised and reprimanded. As for the obligation of ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) for one who repents from apostasy, the fatwa (definition) (religious edict) with us is that it is not obligatory unless he committed something during his apostasy that necessitated ghusl.
