The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade anger due to its harms. So, if you uttered the divorce while being aware of what you were saying, then your divorce is effective. Uttering the three divorces in a single pronouncement effects three divorces according to the majority of jurists. Thus, your wife has become irrevocably separated from you, and she is not lawful for you until she marries another husband. It is recommended to consult the courts.
