What is the manner of prayer from the Takbir to the Taslim, with evidence from the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah, and is joining the heels in prostration a Sunnah? What is the authenticity of the narrations mentioned concerning that?

Scholars differed on the ruling regarding joining the feet during prostration, holding two opinions:

The first opinion: It is recommended to keep them separated. This is the view of the majority of scholars, who based their argument on what is established in the Prophetic Sunnah regarding the recommendation to spread the knees and thighs during prostration, and the feet follow suit.

The second opinion: It is recommended to join the feet. This is the chosen view of the two Shaykhs, Ibn Uthaymeen and Al-Albani, who based their argument on the hadith of Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, who said that she missed the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and found him prostrating with his heels joined together.
