How can the noble verse (And had your Lord willed, those on earth would have believed—all of them entirely. Then, would you compel people until they become believers?) be reconciled with the verse (There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion) and the Hadith: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they testify that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and they establish prayer and give zakah..."?
